Day one will be in our forest classroom at Coed-y-Brenin focusing on lifesaving skills & getting hands-on with the basics. Your instructor will demonstrate practically and there will be plenty of moving and doing. There are short presentations to introduce the modules, don’t worry, there is no PowerPoint!
Day two will be out on the awesome mountain bike trails of Coed-y-Brenin forest - we will meet at the centre and ride from there.
Your instructors will set a series of role playing scenarios. We will focus on getting the right help to us, stabilising a patient, packaging & evacuation. There is no test, you are continually assessed.
